The fees include lunches and coffee breaks. We will devote efforts to providing food from local culinary traditions and involving local chefs.
Only non-speakers will be allowed to pay the fees after the 7th of July, 2023. Speakers compulsorily have to pay the fee before the 7th of July to be able to send their pre-recorded presentations.
IMPORTANT OBSERVATION: It is required to be a member of the ISEE to register for the conference. If you are not a member yet, you can register here. Our minimum membership fee is 15 USD/year.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellations are possible until no later than July 7th, 2023, with a 50% refund of the fees paid. After July 7th, 2023, cancellations/refunds are no longer possible.
